By the time this issue came out, the last issue released in 1978, Super Teach's (and MC's) market share was assured; all the ambivalence over keeping in production had dissipated. Likely the most popular Super Teach series in ODSC crested with this issue. If that wasnt good enough, Rich Meffley finally quit threatening John's serenity with his own comic book line ("SC Comics") and brought his pens and ideas over to John's once and for all. His first contribution in years appears in this issue.
