Renu John , born as the youngest son of K. J. John and Saramma John, Kizhakkeveettil, Kanjirappally.
I am currently working at Indian Insitute of Technology, Hyderabad, India as Assistant Professor in Biomedical Engineering. I work on Coherence optical methods in Biomedical imaging and microscopy and targeted molecular imaging.
I did my PhD from Photonics group, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. My PhD work was on content-addressable holographic memories and data security. My aim was to develop a phase- image based content-addressable holographic storage system which can perform fast searches through large volumes of data. I have also succeeded in demonstrating secure holographic memories.
