Originally formed as "Doctors' Clinic" located along Magsaysay Avenue, General Santos City in 1982. Upon transfer to National Highway in 1986, the group changed its name to "POLYCLINIC".

This two storey building functions as out-patient clinic offices for seven specialist doctors who cater to the medical, surgical and dental  needs of the people from Socsargen area (South Cotabato, Sarangani Province and General Santos City).
