| Guild Founder - Valheru |
| Valheru is the youngest sister of the Centaur Champion known as Chevallier. An honourable Centaur that gained his title through brave deeds of valour in the defence of his tribe against various evil invaders. Both Chevallier and Valheru had a very close bond, and he would train her in the fine arts of combat, to ensure she was able to defend herself against their enemies. Then one day, Chevallier was asked to venture to the outer world, to the land of the two-legs, to see if both Centaur and two-legs could once again live in harmony with each other. Chevallier agreed and the following day ventured off into the outer world. Valheru has so proud of her older brother, and hoped to be joining him before too long, and decided to train for this day so she could show her brother what a good fighter she had become. She listened out for news of her brother's mission but nothing came. Weeks became months, and months became years before she heard news of her brother, and discovered that a small group of Centaurs were also following in Chevallier's footsteps. They were referred to as Centaur Pioneers and were considered to be the first step in integrating Centaurs with the two-legs. Before too long, Valheru heard that all Centaurs were free to travel to the outer lands due to work Chevallier and the Pioneers had done to bring the races together, but with that news came rumours that Chevallier had got into some sort of trouble. Worried about these rumours, Valheru set out to find her brother once more. The journey was long and hard but she eventually found her brother and joined him and his comrades. She asked about the rumours but her brother said they were untrue and should ignore it. She later discovered that Chevallier and a Centaur called Fritz was forming the Stallion Council, a guild for all Centaurs. All seemed fine until one day, Chevallier seemed to act quite oddly and was saying things that seemed out of character. She talked to the other companions about it, and they said he's been acting strangely on and off for a long time now. Just as the guild was about to gain crown approval, Chevallier declared that he could not lead the guild as he was a member of another guild, and that a new leader needed to be found. He went on to say that he was tricked into joining this guild and was that it was a heretical guild called the Church of the Holy Light. Valheru was shocked. Valheru was nominated for the leadership of the Stallion Council and was voted in, while Fritz took on the role of deputy leader. And the job of building the guild began afresh. However, the structure of the guild made it undemocratic and alienated the other races, so Valheru decided to reform it to solve these problems. It was around this time, Chevallier had again started to alienate himself from those of the outer world and his fellow Centaurs and eventually quit the guild to protect it from the damage he had caused. Valheru decided to break away from the council of old, renamed it to the Centaur Council, and set about making it more democratic. Before too long the other guilds had begun to accept this new guild for Centaurs, and they began to work together. Finally the Centaur Council gained crown approval which allowed them to build a guild house within every dungeon in Bereny. However, as Chevallier's personality continued to constantly change, Valheru noticed that people had also begun to question her aswell. Even some Centaurs begun to question her and didn't want to join the Centaur Council while she was in charge. She knew that if she did nothing, the Centaur Council would end up being mistrusted aswell so begun to consider her future as guild leader. It was at this point that she gained a vision from Shanna who told her that her job to unify Centaurs is now complete, and that the seeds of unification has been sowed. Centaurs will now come together to safeguard our world and each other from the growing tide of evil, and that Valheru's own destiny now takes her in a new direction; away from the leadership of the Centaur Council and on to something more. The following day she announced, to a stunned Council, her decision to step down as leader of the Centaur Council. She held back her tears and went off to be alone. After a new leader had been appointed, she joined the RGA and set about trying to find this new direction... |
