Fritz Gosama is the second eldest son of a large family of centaurs, His elder brother Ludwig was lost to the marauding goblin hordes when he was very young, and as such the *job* of eldest son was thrust upon the young centaur.
When Chevallier was the first to gain an official adventuring licence in Bereny, it was looked upon by the seniour members of fritz's tribe as a great honour and a step towards unity with the humans. When a volunteer to show their own tribes goodwill the people of Bereny was asked for, Fritz volunteered.
Fritz had always been a very serious, proud, ambitious, and almost arrogant individual who had longed to do something more than just work in the tribe. This was the perfect chance for him, and he became one of the initial ten Centaur Pioneers who followed quickley in Chevalliers footsteps.
Sometime after the Pioneers gaining their licences, the regent offered licences to all other centaurs. A great number of centaurs chose to adventure in the lands of Bereny. It was at this point that Valheru formed the Centaur Council, and Fritz was in contact with her, and helped to set it up. He was rewarded with the Dextimus position (although at the time it was called deputy leader which fritz was uncomfortable with).
When Valheru stepped down from the Signifer position, it was Gafron Blackheart and Fritz who stood against each other for the role.... a difficult experieance as they had only just started dating! However, Gafron bowed out of the race to become Signifer, and the role fell upon Frit's shoulders.
Fritz is something of an aloof person, but can't hide his honourable heart. He is also stunningly handsome, and horse body is grey. His long hair flows down his (human half) back, and he wears spectacles that only seem to enhance his features. Quick tempered and less subtle, Fritz often gets himself into trouble, but more recently he has been more calm and getting into philosophy. This is partly due to the duel that he was to have with Chevallier, and partly to his love for Gafron. Slowly but surely Fritz is starting to curb his own short fuse.....even if it does mean spouting more hippy crap these day! |
