Joey was sort of strange and a little hyperactive at times... As Griff said, "Joey, whenever I see you, the phrase 'small doses' comes to mind." He always seems to be very loyal to whoever his leader his, always following them around and doing whatever they want. He gets into trouble a lot... and... well...
There's not much to be said about him, because he was a supporting character who suddenly disappeared after the episode City Slackers (he was suspended), and only appeared again for a few minutes in the Graduation episode. I imagine many viewers didn't notice he was gone. -_-.;
In the above mentioned Graduation episode, Cory says it took him eight years to graduate high school. ..I don't doubt that. Joey asks what they should be after they graduate, and Frankie suggests criminals, to which Joey agrees...*sigh* What a great goal, eh? ^^.;
