After meeting Harshaw, my education on all things Earthly was rapidly developing. I read almost ten books a day, and was learning about Earth customs, such as manners at meals, and clothes. I also was starting to better understand English, but there were still many human concepts that I could not grok. On top of that, I had no sense of humor what-so-ever. Eventually Jill and I left, and went out on our own.
