I will be replenishing my food supply along the way through a number of food drops. The trail goes through or near several towns along the way and with the help of my wonderful mother, I will be sending food boxes to a few town post offices along the AT.

I would love to hear from friends, family and well-wishers during My AT Thru Hike. You can send me letters and packages along the way by using the schedule below. To make sure your package or letter arrives in time for me to get it, mail it by the dates given in the columns on the right. Please do not use FedEx or UPS. You can also send me e-mail at "[email protected]".

Address your package or letter with the addresses below.

Then, somewhere on the package/letter, write:
