The study (1) determined that the seven-working day standard time was longer than necessary to finish a physical examination; the realistic standard time was three days, (2) identified the causes of most of the delays and the reasons for those delays, and (3) suggested improvements to accelerate the time to finish physical examinations. The findings were used in a presentation to the Commanding General of the Philippine Army Support Command.
