"We're dead ringers, I must say..."

10/29/99--With Halloween just around the corner, I've decided to give the Worm-Hole Reviews a new look, a new rating system actually. While the domino system is retained to rate the movies overall, some of the reviews also have a *NEW* hefty/wimpy quarter-to-quarter analysis plotted on a line graph. The reviews need another item to distinguish itself further from all of the other movie review sites, and, living by the motto "Only dead fish float with the stream," I decided to concoct something fresh, something different! Below is a sample of the new quarter-to-quarter rating system along with the original (and STILL original) domino system.MY QUARTER-BY-QUARTER RATINGS OF A CERTAIN MOVIE
MY OVERALL RATING:
QUARTER OF MOVIE 1st 2nd 3rd 4thJudging by the hefty-wimpy graph, it looks like this particular movie started off strong, fizzled into mediocrity in the late-middle, but recovered to end things on a very good note. Overall, it is rated 9 for 12 on the original domino system, which indicates that this movie would be worth a look.
10/26/99--The Pillsbury Doughboy has just made an appearance in the NUTS section (pg. 2). So far, only three people have responded to him, but there's likely to be more so I will be updating the Doughboy page every now and then.
10/23/99--The SURVEYS section has been revamped once again. Not only has the background changed, but the links are more obvious. Also, each of the surveys are explained in greater detail.
10/22/99--Just added to the REVIEWS section are "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and "Tales from the Darkside: The Movie." They say opinions are like rear ends and that everyone has both, but now that I have opinions for almost 40 movies shown in the REVIEWS section, it's starting to become an ordeal sitting on the toilet with nearly 40 rear ends! :-)
10/20/99--I have been referring to the Evil Dead series in some of my reviews, and it would only be a matter of time before I'd review the Evil Dead series directly. That time has finally come. "Evil Dead" and "Evil Dead II: Dead by Dawn" now appear in the REVIEWS section.A couple people who had been visiting Ms. Casey's guestbook (see Ghost Deer in the NUTS section, pg. 2) kept telling me that it vanished. Contrary to their claims, I had no trouble getting to it--until today. Did it temporarily disappear due to some internet glitch? Or did Ms. Casey decide to nuke the guestbook once and for all? Whatever the case, the insanity was fun while it lasted.
10/18/99--Beavis and Butt-Head are back in the Poems & Stories section. Nothing is sacred with this dimwitted duo as they vandalize the mausoleum and play with the dead!
10/14/99--REVIEWS for "House" and the original "Night of the Demons" have just been posted.
10/12/99--Remotely scared someone in your town might be secretly building an atomic bomb? Think terrorists would coerce some genius to build one in his basement? Wondered what it truly takes to make an A-bomb? Whether or not terrorists know how to build a nuclear weapon, would they really bother? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then read this fascinating tidbit in its entirety. Some good news! Stick Death is back on line, and Newgrounds has a new Assassin scenario where you box Puff Daddy in a death match!
10/8/99--A couple of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies have been covered in the REVIEWS section.SOME BAD NEWS: It appears that the Stick Death website has been deleted. The link to it in the WARP ZONE now only leads to a plain white page instead of a bunch of hilarious animated cartoons. Nevertheless, I'll leave the link there in case the Stick Death site should ever return.
10/6/99--"Dawn of the Dead" has just been covered in the MOVIE REVIEWS section, and even more nutty goodness can be found with "the colorful inhabitants" on page 2 in the NUTS section!
10/2/99--Some more nuttiness can be seen in the NUTS section. Who sent that quasar to wipe out the guestbook inhabitants? Go to page 2 of the NUTS section and find out! Coming soon: the return of "Beavis & Butt-Head Meet the Old Dude." This short story of mine was previously deleted without warning, but fortunately I found a printout of it.
