Disabling Chronicle...

There is currently no way to disable the plugin without Uninstalling it completely. A disable feature may be available in a future release.

Uninstalling Chronicle...

If you choose to remove your installation of the Chronicle Plugin from your computer entirely, you can use one of two methods. The easiest method for single-user installations is to use the 'Uninstall' feature found in the installer. Simply run the installer, and select "Uninstall" when prompted to select an Installation Type. You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to uninstall the plugin, and also have the option to delete your User Data folder.

For users who wish to manually uninstall the plugin, or for systems with multiple users, it is possible to remove all of the files installed by chronicle without using the uninstaller. The plugin itself is installed in the location: "/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/Plug-ins/Chronicle.pbplugin". Each user has a User Data folder, which is by default saved to "~/Library/Application Support/Chronicle/User Data/", but this location is configurable so individual users may have saved their User Data folder in a unique location. The Xcode plist file for each system user who has used Chronicle could have multiple entries, all of which begin with "Chronicle". The Xcode plist file can be found in each users' home directory at the path "~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Xcode.plist". Manually removing these files and plist entries will completely remove the plugin installation from the computer.
