DEFINITION:
A character trait describes a person's unique personality. Character
traits control how a person acts in a given situation. For example,
an optimist will always look at the bright side, while a pessimist will
view the same situation in a negative way. An optimist will see the
glass of water as half full. The pessimist will see it as half empty. This is a list of
some character traits. Print the list and add to it as we work through
the next three lessons. You will be scored on your understanding of
character traits using the rubric below. |
