Our technical support team reads as much as possible on a variety of subjects to keep well informed. We will help you to diagnose the problem and walk you through fixing it yourself on minor problems more advanced problems we will attempt to recommend a computer repair shop within your area. We've discovered that many problems you can be walked through fixing yourself. Many technicians don't want you to know this but the simple truth is it's not as hard as you think.  We are offering a one-year subscription to our tech support line for $44.95 a year. When you enroll you will receive our tech line number a support email address for emailing questions and access to our trained technicians.
