TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT
1. Enrollment In the program constitutes acceptance of these terms
and conditions.
2. We will do the best we possibly can to walk you through
diagnosing the problem of your computer.
3. If the solution of the problem is non-invasive we will walk you
through the repair either via phone or email.
3.1.
Non-invasive means that you do not have to go into the case it’s self. Reformat
the hard drive or do anything above the skill of the average non-tech pc user.
4. If you are comfortable with and wish to attempt an invasive
procedure we will walk you through it.
4.1.We
offer no guarantee on invasive procedure due to the fact that we cannot view
what you are doing or the computer. For possible errors.
4.2. We will attempt to compile a database
of tech businesses in all areas to recommend one in your area but this service
is still growing and may not as yet cover your area.
5. Our goal is to enable individuals to be able to handle minor
computer problems on their own decreasing the sometimes-necessary expense of
owning a computer. Hopefully making the computer more accessible to lower
income families. To aid new techs in learning to diagnosis computer errors. And
finally to help each other.
6. Clients will be billed at the then current rate one month
before the end of their subscription service. They may decide then if they wish
to continue the service or discontinue. If payment is not received within 30
days of billing clients account will be terminated and they must reapply if
they wish to rejoin. Each client will be notified of his or her expiration date
upon joining from this date until payment is received for renewal of
subscription tech support will be unavailable.
