Voice by: Billy Sheets - Joe Clown Voice by: Billy Bletcher - Other Clowns The circus clowns had fun taunting Dumbo in the fire station act. The clowns got woozy off of champagne after they're first act with Dumbo and were gonna ask the big boss for a raise.

The clowns taunted Dumbo and encouraged him to jump off the fire station while they attempted to catch him in what turned out to be a pool of cream.

The clowns were knocked off their feet when Dumbo flew around the circus tent.
