This is Jen-ai Street, which runs east to west.  The Sun Yat-sen Memorial park is on the left side of this picture.  At the end of the street(about 3 blocks ahead) is Keelong Street, which leads to the World TradeCenter.  The World Trade Center was still under construction while Iwas in Taiwan.
