I mixed my fillet putty using 4oz of "A", 2oz of "B", and about one 10oz paper cup of wood flour. First I poured the "A" in my mixing cup. Then I stirred in most of the wood flour. After that was smooth I quickly mixed in the "B" and the rest of the wood flour.

Using the small putty batches I have no problem getting it spread while it is still workable.

The front area behind the bow transom was the hardest part to do.

Here are my spreaders. The white one was made from a kitchen mixing bowl scraper. The blue ones are plastic putty scrappers from Walmart. The set of three was only .88 cents. I rounded the corners off the small one to fillet in the front section.

I still need to mix up one more batch of putty, then I'll be ready to do the fiberglass tape.
