| This is one of the first projects I worked on. In this project, we were given a person's needs and wants and what the space would ultimately be used for. We had to create a space (a predetermined overall square footage and footprint) that met all the needs of the client. Some of the requirements were a bedroom space, office, and bathroom. This space was an addition above the garage of the client's home in Hawaii. He/She is an author and needed an office space that provided a place to stay instead of going back to the main home. This space is also a place for the author to meet clients and to serve as a guest bedroom. |
