LABORATORY :

WE have a fully equipped laboratory and strict quality control measures are followed. All testing facilities are in house ( Both dimensions and Composition).

TECHNICAL DATA :

OUR liners are manufactured from special quality close grained alloyed cast iron which is centrifugally cast after melting in an Induction Furnace. All our liners confirm to international standards.

MICROSTRUCTURE :

 The microstructure obtained is pearlitic, uniform distribution of graphite flakes is there and percentage of ferrite is less than 5 %.

HARDNESS :

According to international specifications we maintain hardness ranging from 200 BHN TO 220 BHN.
