Jamesha Mathar is a retired Government Servant who was an Account Officer in Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. In 1999 (on his retirement), Jamesha Mather started a small-scale business with small investments. The business was buying seahells direct from seamen and selling to the exporters. Later he started a registered independent direct export business with his sons in the name of JMA International. Jamesha Mathar was born in 1942.

Jakir Hussain, Executive Production.
Jakir Hussian is the elder son of Jamesha Mathar who was born in 1969 and educated in India, having studied physics; he gained a Master of Science in first class. He subsequently qualified a postgraduate degree in Computer Application. Jakir Hussain was previously an Executive in an International Company, CMA-CGM. He has excellent knowledge in the fields of Seashells, Potpourri and Senna Leaves.

Mydeen is the second son of Jamesha Mathar who was born in 1971 and educated in India, having studied Commerce; he gained a Bachelor of Commerce in first class. Mydeen was working as Manager Accounts in a Multinational Company in the group of Reynolds. He is also the incharge of JMA's Finance and Accounts.

Abbas, Executive Overseas (Europe).
Abbas is youngest son of Jamesha Mathar who was born in 1973 and educated in India, having studied Commerce; he gained a Bachelor of Commerce in first class and Diploma in Export Management. He is also studying Master in Business Administration. Abbas is appointed in 2003 as Executive Overseas who is looking of our business in Europe, located in Greece. Previously he was a Finance Executive in PSA-SCAL (Port of Singapore Authority) and after that he was an Accountant in a Lloyad's Insurance Broking Company at Athens.
