THE HOUSE sits in a very quiet lane at the bottom of which is a stone bridge crossing the small River Nie, with woodland, fields of sunflowers, corn, the odd vineyard and excellent cycling routes beyond.
Sitting in its own walled grounds, the house has a pretty courtyard garden with grass and trees, as well as an old well and bread oven. Beyond is the pool, which is 10m x 4m x 1.5m deep and surrounded by a paved terrace. |

MAISON GUERIN also has two games rooms: one with a pool table, and the other with table-tennis, baby football and a dartboard. The village itself also has a well-kept tennis court which guests can book for a small fee.
Three mountain bikes are at the property for guests' use: there are plenty of easy cycle routes through fields and vineyards and along quiet lanes all around. |
