Meatless Meatballs


Introduction

Are you tired of the same old meals you eat everyday? Are you eating the same viand every mealtime? Are you tired of having meat in your dishes?

If the answer is yes, then why don't you try some "meatless" meatballs. "Meatless" meatballs are meatballs made out of alternatives for meat such as gluten, cassava, mushrom, banana sprouts and tofu. The "meatballs" were designed to taste as meatballs without using any animal meat abhorred by vegetarians.


How to Make Meatless meatballs

1. First, prepare the necessary ingredients. These ingredients can be bought from your nearest supermarkets, grocery store or even the sarisari store.

Ingredients

1 cup of tofu, crushed.
1 small piece of onion, peeled and crushed
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 eggs, thoroughly beaten
2 cups of water
1 stalk of green onion, chopped
3 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of salt
I cup of grounded gluten or 1 cup of grounded bread toast

2. Put the flour and salt on the tofu and gluten in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly. the tofu and gluten will serve as alternatives for the ground meat and lengthens the life of the "meatballs"
