Jessica Guidry, AICP, MLE
Ms.
Guidry has a diverse real estate and planning background
with a bachelor and a master's degree from Texas A&M
University; Recreation Parks and Tourism Sciences (1990) and
Land Economics and Real Estate (1995), respectively. Upon graduation Jessica joined the public sector
working with federal grants for affordable housing, then
moving to development review. Ms. Guidry�s responsibilities quickly expanded to
include review of development procedures, code of ordinance
updates, board member and new employee training, community
meeting facilitation as well as long range planning. Jessica
then made the move to the private sector in 2003 launching
Planning & Land Use Solutions consulting firm. Ms. Guidry currently serves on the executive
committee of the Business and Land Development Forum and is Executive Director of the Northgate District Association.
Missy
A. Pollard, AICP, MPS
Ms.
Pollard has worked in both the public and private sectors of
municipal planning throughout central Texas.
As graduate of both Texas A&M University (1996) and
Tulane University (1998), Missy holds a bachelor and a master
degree in architecture. With
a specialization in historic preservation, Ms. Pollard began
her career as a preservationist focusing on the revitalization
of small downtowns and comprehensive downtown planning.
Over the next few years, Missy expanded her focus to
include all aspects and functions of local government planning
including both short range and long-range activities.
Ms. Pollard serves on the executive committee of the
Central Texas Section of the American Planning Association.
