This is a mini 5" X 7" album bound with an assortment of fibers that I made as a birthday gift for one of my best friends. It is done in browns, creams, and black, and the papers and embellishements are meant to give it a warm heritage/vintage look. It features interactive elements on each page, which serve two purposes...to hide the journaling and add interest. I wanted something more than a typical gift album, something that would delight my friend as she discovered all the surprises held inside.
Each of the ten main pages of the album state something about her that I like, and then hidden journaling on the pages go into more detail. I chose the qualities and personality traits that I feel most influence our relationship and make our special bond strong and lasting.
