Weak Race Oriented Attacks: 2 days to learn.

Electro Shocker:  Shoot a blast of electricty off of your back at your opponent.  This attack does 11 damage. (Dragon)

Flames of the Passionate Heart:  A spiraling flame forms around your hand.  You then punch your opponent and allow the flames to singe or burn your opponent's skin.  This attack does 12 damage. (Dragon)

Hydro Fist:  By focusing and manipulating your ki you form a thousand tiny water droplets.  You then bring them all toghter to form a water ball about 2 inches in daimeter.  You then manipulate the water to allow your hand inside.  You then smash your fist into your opponnet.  This attack can cause the opponent to be distracted cause they accidently breathed in some of the water up their nose.  This attack does 10 damage. (Dragon)

Ice of the Frigid Heart:  Put both of your hands in front of you and put them five inches apart.  You then focus the energy in between your hands to drop down to 100 degrees below zero in fahrenheit.  This causes an ice ball to form the size that is about three inches in diameter.  You then surrounded the ice with a layer with a freezing layer of ki and launch it at your opponent by throwing it like a fastball.  This attack has a 10 percent chance of actually freezing the part of the body it manages to connect with.  This attack does 13 damage. (Dragon)

Soaring Phoniex:  A slightly more advanced version of the Flames of the Passionate Heart.  This attack completely consumes the knuckles in flames that are 150 degrees celsius.  This attack does 14 damage. (Dragon)

Windy Blast:  By manipulating your power up the winds around you begin to swirl in a tight vortex around you that leaves you with little space to perform the launching half of this attack.  You then condense the winds to swirl just around above your hand.  You then breathe lightly on it cuasing the condensed spiraling wind to shatter forwards.  These winds travel at about 500 miles per hour and cut through a car like a knife through hot butter.  This attack does 14 damage. (Dragon)

Blades of the Wind:  Flap your wings really fast to create 10 blades of air pressure launched at your opponent.  Each blade does 2 damage.  Total possible damage is 20. (Dragon)

Blazing Phoniex:  A more powerful version of the Soaring Phoniex.  25 damage. (Dragon)

Dance of the Wind:  A slightly more advancded move then Windy Blast.  This move is the same except the winds are launched closer to the ground to pick up rocks and then curve upwards to smash the rocks into your opponent's stomach.  The downside to this move is the winds slow down a bit as they pick up rocks therefor weaking the attack somewhat.  This attack does 20 damage. (Dragon)

Flames of the Five Shots:  You shoot flames out of your mouth, hands, and feet at your opponent.  This move is basically just a wall of flame.  This attack does 20 damage. (Dragon)

Icicle Shower:  A much more advanced form of Ice of the Frigid Heart.  The user field of cold completely engulfs them though.  This move can kill you if not done correctly.  After you form 10 ice crystals that are three inches in diameter you elongate and flatten them into icicles.  You then jump up and throw all of them at your opponent like throwing knives.  Each icicle does 2 damage.  Total possible damage is 20. (Dragon)

Mystic Punch:  A long distance strech punch.  This attack does 25 damage.  (Namekians)

Thunder Fist:  Transform your ki into raw electric power and surround it around your fist.  You then charge your opponent and throw a hard punch at your opponent.  This attack does 20 damage. (Dragon)

Water Dragon:  Transform your ki into water.  You then converge all of the water toghter to form a five feet long dragon looking attack composed of water and launch it at your opponent.  While your opponent is confused by the dragon you send them hurtling into the ground with a kick to the side of the head.  This attack does 20 damage. (Dragon)

Cube Fade:  Another form of Instant Transmission.  You slowly fade into cubes and travel through another dimension to reach your location.  2 days to learn. (Demon and Devils)

Energy Absorbtion:  You absorb energy attacks and your health increases by how much damage the attack can do.  Your health will only go up if it isn't at its maximum already.  14 days to learn. (Evil + Android)

Energy Drain:  You grab your opponent and drain their energy while you hold them in a lock.   Can drain 2 ki a minute.  Hold lasts 5 minutes.  Can only be used three times a battle.  14 days to learn.  (Evil + Android)

Energy Field:  Generate a field of energy around yourself to block any attack.  Can only be used twice in a battle.  9 days to learn.  (Androids)

Goddesses Wish:  This move is a powerful type of miracle that can cause things to drastically change.  Can only be used once a month and the god or goddesses power must be strong to grant most wishes.  14 days to learn. (God or Goddess)

Helicopter Tail:  Your character must be 10 or younger to learn and obviously possess a tail.  2 days to learn.  (Saiyans)

Merry Go Round Gum:  Ties opponent up in a gum like subtance.  Takes three turns to break out of it.  9 days to learn. (Dragons)

Miracle Song:  You sing a song containing a powerful miracle that can revive the dead around you.  14 days to learn.  (Human + Apostle)

Oozaru Control:  Allows you to control oozaru form.  5 days to learn. (Saiyans)
