Lets, see thos brilliant minds of the players put to work in a little contest. We, all know there is well over a 1,000 different jutsus in the Naruto universe. Even, if we only get to see a handful of them. Lets, see who can come up with the most new jutsus to add by the 1/10/06.
Rules - The rules for this contest basically dictate what type of jutus you can't create.
1. Bloodline Jutsus - You can't make clan based jutsus for the mere fact that I say so.
2. Summoning Jutsus - You, can literraly make an infinite amount of summoning jutsus if you put your mind to it.
3. No, insanely powerful jutsus. Meaning, no instant death jutsus that don't have an effect on the user. |

This, contest is difficult and open until whenever someone manages to complete it. The goal of this contest is the acquire the title of kage. Now, we all know there are five kages. Well, they were made into five non-playable characters. So, basically you have to get strong enough in the Naruto system to defeat them and take their title.
This, is a whole lot easier said then done as you can imagine. Since, those non-playable characters have jutsus that are not on the Naruto jutsu list. So, they are not to be taken lightly even if you manage to match them in terms of power. |
