Hello! Welcome to Zhong Jing's home on internet. You will know more about me through this little space. Wish you will have a happy tour on my homepage. 

I am a M.S. student at Institute of System Science (Kent Ridge Digital Labs), National University of Singapore. I will graduate by the end of this year. I am applying a candidature for Ph.D. program and financial aid in USA.

I was born in Beijing, the Capital of P. R. China. It's an old, beautiful and mystery city. Here, is a short tour for this city. 

From Sept 1994 to July 1998, I studied at Computer Science Department, Beijing Science and Technology University, as an undergraduate student. Then, I was accepted by National University of Singapore for Master Degree and obtained the fellowship by research. Under supervision of Professor Jiankang Wu,  and assistant supervisor Roberto Mariani, I have been working on pattern recognition and object recognition, concretely,  face recognition and glasses detection and removal on the facial images in Kent Ridge Digital Labs.

I have a dream to be accepted by a graduate program for Ph. D. degree beginning in the fall of 2001.

* My name is Zhong Jing. My family name is Zhong, and given name is Jing. I often write down my name as Chinese habits. :)
