US Navy CommSta Finegayen Bay, Guam

I did a lot of biz here during my two years as Field Office Chief, Det 2 APRFE, Clark AB, Rep of Philippines
USAF installed a "state of the art",  solid state World Wide AUTOVON net work, seventeen sites.  I     had cognizance of    two, DAU Philippines and Guam - the olny Q Engr with more than one site.   As well, I had biz at Andersen AB, Guam, about 5 miles from the NCSta, so I usually "bunked" in at the Andersen AB     BOQ, sharing a suite with BUF (B52) Crews during the heavy bombing campaign of Hanoi N Viet Nam.

Jim Lynn, Savoy Hotel, Manila RP   1968.  Was hired by APRFE for "L" Systems Contracts.  Chief Det 2 Manila tried to Shanghai me for Phil Air Lines, C130/C7 Crash/Battle damage work.. aint no way Jose.. I had enuf Acft work for awhile, wanted back in long lines Electronics - I won that fight, boss lost his butt!!!
