Additional Information...
initiated and participated in numerous open shows all over Britain
undertaken numerous private and public commissions since moving to Ireland (July 2001)
active member of the newly formed Cavan Visual Artists Network (CVAN)
completed sculpture at St. Mary's School, Newtown, Wales. It was blessed by Bishop Edwin (23 May 2003) (Images and more information will soon be posted on this site)
appointed in March 2003 by the council to serve as community artist for West Cavan County. The first project completed under this job title was "Anoch lógna Sionna" - The Shannon Pot (17 May). I also made the props; a ceremonial bronze bowl and staff of office (hazel/bronze) for the mock investiture of a local clan chieftain and took the role of High Priest/Druid in a costumed drama on the day (pictures to be posted).
