The Oomphi-theatre is a state-of-the-art football stadia in the heart of Exeter. It is built on the site of St. James' Park, which due to Exeter City's demise was falling derelict.

The stadium itself (based on Bolton's Reebok Stadium) was built in March 2003 at a cost of 43.8million, luckily Cottle's Colloquialists went into administration in April, and as such only had to pay back 2.19 and a bag of ready salted crisps!

The original capacity of 7k has since been increased to the current capacity of 23k, which due to a run of poor results has never reached its maximum allowance. Hopefully this will change with the start of a new season in V.108.
