Welcome to Jim's Workshop
A clean and tidy        shed a sure sign of    an  armchair expert.
This is where a lot of it happens. Not pretty but very functional.
Location:  The beautiful Atherton Tablelends in Far North Tropical Queensland, where we access to a wide selection of the worlds best cabinet timbers.
Life is short and full of surprises, some not pleasant.

Take time out to smell the flowers, and say "G'day" to your neighbour.  Its later than you think.
About me.....
Born and bred in far north Queensland about 60 something years ago, details are not that important. Married to a very understanding lady for 40 years, and we have two grown up kids and a lovely granddaughter.  I finished my trade apprenticeship as a Carpenter and joiner, then joined the technical college to teach apprentices.
Now semi-retired, most of my time is spent  woodturning, box making and creating general mayhem in the workshop.
