Domingo DC. Caro III

Jim to colleagues and friends, Mr. Caro received his degree in Development Communications including some postgraduate training from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. He was one of the recipients of the 2004 Australian Development Scholarship in the Philippines. He received his Master in Social Change and Development from the University of Newcastle also in that year.

He worked with various developmental organizations including private firms and individuals. He previously worked as a freelance journalist, university researcher associate/assistant and communications officer/specialist.

His specialization include information materials development and evaluation; communication management; animal health communication; and, social change and development. He has keen interest the environment, animal health communication, gender issues, public health and family development.
