St. Marys River Cleanup
An annual effort covering three Florida counties in an attempt to help protect one of our Natural Resources.
Based on community request, many volunteers this year worked on picking up some of the unsightly yellow foam around the Pogey Plant right here on Amelia Island.. Others moved to the River Front at Fort Clinch State Park.
After the cleanup, all of the volunteers from the different organizations met for lunch which was graciously
hosted by White Oak Plantation.
