Welcome to my screwed up little world

Hi, I'm Jill, host of this modest page. I am currently a graduate student at The Ohio State University and will soon be a high school teacher. I hope to teach physics and astronomy. If you would like to see some of the work I've done in my education classes go to my education page. Astronomy is my passion and so I made a set of pages about some of my favorite astronomy topics. Go check them out. I promise I left out all the complicated physics. This page will mostly focus on my love of science fiction. This page is new so there may be more later on.

I am a huge Star Wars fan, have been since I was a kid. Yes, I admit, I even had a crush on Mark Hamill, until I realized that A New Hope was filmed a year before I was born and he was waayy older than I was. One of the best things I did in college was organizing a large group of friends to get tickets for Episode I. We stood in line for 24 hours and got tickets to the first three showings. And of course we went to see the movie in costume. It was one of the most fun things I've ever done. I don't really have any of my own stuff on here yet but I can point you in the right direction for some of the best Star Wars on the web.

This site is fanfix.com. It has great Star Wars fan fiction from all eras of Star Wars.

The famous Club Jade. This site has fan fiction that focuses mainly on my favorite Star Wars character: Mara Jade.

The Force.net, possibly the best Star Wars site on the net. Check them out.

Star Trek

I've been a Star Trek fan since The Next Generation came on and my dad intoduced me to the original series. I am currently enamored with fan fiction.
