| Redondo Beach, CA - Two girls attending the same party were dismayed to find that their outfits were similar. Jill Masami and Tracy Wenham had not planned on dressing alike, and were ultimately upset when they spotted the other. "I knew I should have worn my yellow top instead," Wenham said. Uehara was seen frantically searching through the host's closet for a different shirt or a jacket to cover her. "I was completely taken aback that Tracy would wear all black, like I did. The goth people I expected, but Tracy? I wouldn't have thought it." Partygoers had taunted the friends with comments like "twinkies" or "twinsies". Frustrated, the two left the party early, in seperate cars. "I won't be able to hold my head up in front of those guys again if they're thinking right now that Jill and I sat and planned corresponding outfits. I'm so embarrassed!" commented Wenham. When told of an upcoming party this weekend, Uehara said she would be in blue. Unaware of Uehara's plans, Wenham is thinking of wearing her blue sweater and matching skirt. "Jill loves black, she'd never show up at a party wearing any other color." |
