Baths:
Mix aromatherapy with 2 teaspoons of Almond before adding to bath water. Water should be very hot to disperse oils.
Relaxing - 2 drops each of neroli and sandalwood, 1 drop clary sage.
Aching Limbs - 2 drops each of lavender and rosemary, 1 drop marjoram.
Invigorating - 2 drops each of rosemary and juniper, 1 drop geranium.
Steams:
Boil water, remove from heat, add aromatherapy, lean over the pot, covering your head with a towel to trap the steam. Close your eyes and bereathe deeply for 5 minutes.
Colds and Coughs - 2 drops each of tea tree, sandalwood, and eucalyptus.
Mental Fatigue - 2 drops each of clayr sage, rosemary, and geranium.
Compresses:
Use hot or cold water as indicated. Add essential oils to water. Blend oils with 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil before adding to water.
Tension Headaches - 2 drops each of chamm\omile and lavender
Sprains and Cramps - 2 drops each of juniper and chamomile, 1 drop eucalyptus. |
