Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to treat various issues.  Essential oils can be used in a number of ways including, but not limited to: diffusers, light bulb rings, mixed in massage oil, or in baths.

Anxiety
- Basil, Cedarwood, Jasmine

Antiseptic - Tea Tree

Asthma - Basil, Clove, Black Spruce

Bloating - Lemon, Marjoram, Rosemary

Burns - Lavender, Chamomile, Rosemary, Geranium

Colds/Flu - Eucalyptus, Lavender, Myrrh, Peppermint, Pine, Tea Tree

Constipation - Fennel, Ginger, Rose, Rosemary

Cough - Eucalyptus, Ginger, Jasmine, Juniper

Energy - Sage, Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Rosemary*

Depression - Chamomile, Frankincense, Grapefruit, Lemon, Orange, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang

Fatigue - Basil, Lavender, Peppermint

Grief - Marjoram, Rose

Headache - Ginger, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Rosewood, Eucalyptus

Hypertension - Juniper, Ylang Ylang

Insect Bites - Eucalyptus, Lavender, Patchouli, Tea Tree

Nausea - Cardamom, Chamomile, Fennel, Ginger, Peppermint

Panic - Clary Sage, Jasmine, Lavender

PMS - Carrot Seed, Chamomile, Fennel, Patchouli, Ylang Ylang

Sinus - Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Pine, Tea Tree

*excellent to inhale before tests, etc.


How to Use:

2 or 3 drops added to massage oil, and then applied on skin

3 to 6 drops in bath or watter for compresses

In air diffusers, vaporizers, respiratory systems

Drop or two on pillow

Never take aromatherapy internally

To apply directly onto skin, mix with oil or aloe vera gel
