Kamakura

Peaceful Budda really was very peaceful in the seaside town of Kamakura. In the summer the surfers come to play, but in November when we visited,
all was pretty quiet.

This picture was really taken inside the sardine-crowded city itself at Garden Place. We were lucky though. Since we went on the weekend, everyone has left. The crowds weren't too bad. Can you believe the Elmo bush? He's EVERYWHERE!
