Witch Hunter Robin is based in a modern day Japan. Magic or CRAFT as it is called in this show is used by many people, it is commonplace. Though like magic there are bad craft users and these are named 'Witches'. The government has set up groups of CRAFT users to capture and kill these 'Witches'. Though one of these groups, the one which this series follows is STNJ. Instead of killing the witches they capture them and store there records on file.
The story starts as a young girl 'Robin' has come as a replacement for an ex-member of the group. She is a CRAFT user and has the ability to wield fire. she seems the gentle fire type but time will tell if this is to be true.
The other main charcters include, Amon, Micheal, Doujima, Sakaki and Karasuma.
The Show has many themes to it, form crime sloving and mystery to magic and the supernatural. |
