Robin is a sweet young girl who was born in Japan, yet raised in a nunnery in Italy by a preist, Father Juliano. Both her parents apparently died in a car crash many years ago.
She develops a strong liking for Amom, her partner. This is amplified in the opening squence of the show as she rubs up against a Tv screen depicting pictures of Amon on them.
She is a CRAFT-USER, basically a good witch, her abilty means she can control fire, yet it gives her strained vision, a big con if you wish to fight. So she learns she must wear glasses to help her.
But she is a nice quiet teenager and just wants to be accepted but is she sooo simple??.....
She soon starts to worry about what the destinction between wicht and craft-user and is there one. And when she learns that Amon hunted his previous partner she worries whether he will hunt her.
When her apparment is attacked and Touko (her roommate) badly wounded she worries if it is Amon doing it, and she is right, he is orderd by Zaizen to track her and hunt her. Yet when SOLOMON itself attacks the STN-J Amon is the one that helps nad protcts Robin and gets her to safety.
Now in the company of Amon's half brother, and a bike messenger as a job she begins to unravel the truths. The truths about witches and her past.
She learns how her father a reasearcher for SOLOMON was set to discovering the secret of witches, to do this he married Robin's mother Maria. He then creates Robin as the 'Ultimate witch' the designer witch created by genetic engineering then brought to life through Maria giving brith to her. (think test tube babies and you'll get what i mean). She then learns from a video of him, that in fact he wants her to become the 'Eve of witches' and restore thier legacy to the world as the evolution of mankind. Not as SOLOMON had wanted.
She also learns later from Father Juliano that he was her mother's father. (her grandad). She learns that he was told to kill her yet he couldn't bring himself to kill his own grandchild, so he raised her to the light.
