Once upon a time, there's a guy whose I.Q was 1 digit. He used
to yell to anybody passed "You fool!!". Then oneday, the president of that
country happened to pass near his house. Of course, he yelled again.
"You FOOL!!!" So, the secret agents arrested him at once. However, everyone
in town expected him to be released soon. Because, they thought his
limited intelligence would well explain his behavior to Mr. president.
Several days were passed and nobody worried about him. Everyone was busy to
