Choose a photo from your album or photo box that has some familiar objects in it, eg. car, pet, toys, other people. Make a list of these things.

Write down who each person was. Were they related?
Where/when was the photo taken? Who by? What was the occasion?
Looking at each object in the photo, write down things that come to you. It doesn't have to make sense just yet. Write down the memories as they come, even if its just a few words about each memory.

Now go ever your notes and expand and write on each of these memories. Remember, always try to answer the following; who, what, where, why, how and when.
