Pasta Amore began in 1970, when brothers Jay and Daniel Gonzoletti had the idea of starting a restaurant that would showcase their family's recipes.

Anxious to share their love of family and great Italian food, The brothers Gonzoletti, opened their first restaurant in Houston, TX.
