Virtual Eastern Front

We actively participate in VEF as a Squadron as much as
we can. Here are some rules that you will need to go through
play VEF online with I./JG2 and many other Squadrons.

  • RULING #1: Any reports of activities that do not adhere to the code of conduct will be dealt with promptly. Both the offender and the offender's Squadron will be punished. A first offense will be an immediate suspension from the VEF for one (1) week. A second offense will result in expulsion from the VEF for an indefinite period of time and your Squadron will be suspended for two (2) weeks. Squadron Commanding Officer's are to make sure Squadron pilots understand the code of conduct. Pilot behavior is a direct reflection on the honor of the entire Squadron. Do not cheat. Do not manipulate. Do not be a poor sport.
  • RULING #2: The required minimum amount of VEF pilots for any one side of a mission is 4 OKL and 4VVS pilots. The missions are designed for a maximum of 8v8.
  • RULING #3: The host is to alternate attacking and defending if multiple missions occur within the same realtime day. The host should start by making an attack request.
  • RULING #4: Before a mission is created, please go to the situation report, check on the LAST CREATED MISSION KEY in the top left corner, and advise in the Hyperlobby chat area that the "last created mission was VEFXXXX".
  • RULING #5: Before a mission is hosted, announce the newly created mission key in Hyperlobby.
  • RULING #6: Within thirty (30) minutes of completing the mission the host will report the mission.
  • Ruling #7: The VEF is a FULL REAL + padlock on.
  • RULING #8: Do not accuse a VEF member of breaking a rule in front of the community. All rulings must be sent to [email protected] to be dealt with according to admin policies. Any such thread will be locked.

INTERIM RULINGS: INTERIM RULINGS ARE SUBJECT TO LIVE SYSTEM TESTING. THEY ARE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE CHANGE OR REMOVAL FROM THE RULINGS LIST.

    • IR#1: A non-VEF member can be allowed to play in a VEF mission, but the host and players must agree to it. This is both a recruiting measure, and a measure to allow for additional slots to be filled in the case of a slow period in VEF activity.
    • IR#2: You may have more then one persona (either side) but it must be included in an active squadron. An active squadron is defined as a squadron with 4 or more pilots that have flown a VEF reported mission for the said squadron in the last month's time. Do not exceed two player personas.
