I HEAR AMERICA SINGING...
As you may already know, two of Whitman's true loves included his love for America, and his love for music.  Many of his poems reflect his feelings for these two entities, and this will be the focal point for this webquest.  The poem that we will be analyzing is entitled I HEAR AMERICA SINGING.  As you can see, the title alone, speaks of his two loves.  To begin this webquest, click on the image to the right.  When you are done looking at the poem, click on the image of Walt to continue.
