This page shows some results from MATLAB program of silicon cochlea model. The figure 1 is using test signal with mixed cosine signal as input. The spectra of input signal is showed on the up of figure 1. The low of figure 1 is showed as Hdm(s). The red color shape is selected to plot out of taps. The figure 2 is the output spectra of 25 taps, selected from 50 taps. From this figure, we can see the output of the different frequency at different taps.
The figure 3 shows the spectra of input using real world sound, and figure 4 shows the output spectra of 25 taps. The figure 5 and figure 6 show the result of the other real world sound.
From these result, we can demonstrate that the silicon cochlea model functions the biological cochlea function.
