In 1912, Great-Great Grandma and Grandpa Di Sandro immigrated from Scansano, Italy in pursuit of the American Dream. Their family grew and they settled into a small town in Citta, PA. For generations, they passed down their cooking techniques and traditional Italian cuisine. This is the foundation of all our recipes here at Pasta Amore.
