The apartment is large, offering excellent opportunities for both privacy and common use. There are two decks and and two bathrooms. Close to TTC, laundry (I have a washing machine and there is a coin laundry across the street), excellent shopping, good neighbours, great landlord, garden access and fully furnished. There is a futon bed available for the bedroom, and a desk as well though they can be moved out of it. There is room for another couch. No tobacco smoking in house. Quiet, clean, friendly.
The ideal roommate is a professional with an active life. It would be great to have the occasional shared meal and conversation.
The garden on the back deck is really spectacular in the summer and a GREAT chill space and the side deck is also a nice space.
