This is a recipe I made just last week. I think this is the best banana bread recipe in the world. Make sure you read the directions carefully because I give a few hints that keep your bread moist and not hard as a rock

For those referencing these recipes as magickal tools;
The banana and the cinnamon both have healing and vitality properties.

Banana Bread
1 cup granulated sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bajing soda
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Cream the sugar and butter in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. In a small bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Mix in the milk and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until combined. Add dry ingredients, mixing just until flour disappears. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 1-1:10 hours, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sety aside to cool for 15 minutes. Invert to a pan and remove from baking pan. Wrap completely in foil while warm. Let set til cool and slice and serve. Remember to keep in foil to keep moist.
