Stranger

The tall stranger walks in
And catches my eye
Dressed in black and fair as the sun
He seems to look at me
His eyes are hidden by the darkness
But yet they seem to see my soul
I want to smile shyly
But it's almost fear I feel
What is it about him?
I can't tear my eyes away
I'm hypnotized by the idea of him
And what he might truly be
He moves towards me
And stretched out a pale hand
I take it and feel the chill
He pulls me up and to the floor
I can no longer hear the music
His heartbeat fills my ears
I can't speak
I'm enchanted and confused
But no longer afraid
I want him and his mystery
I want to reveal his soul
For he already knows mine.
